Sprint Triathlon: 1/2 swim (map), 14.8 mile bike(NEW MAP), 5k run(map) 2 loops
Sprint Duathlon: 3k run (map), 14.8 mile bike (NEW MAP), 5k run(map) 2 loops

Relay can be two or three person teams. Pricing is listed on registration site.

All participants must be covered by USA Triathlon Membership Insurance. If you are not a USAT Member you must purchase a one day membership for $15. You can pay the fee, if applicable, when you register online.
