Meet the 2017 Campaign Chairs
Nicole and Brenda Cottone, our first ever mother daughter team to head up the campaign!
Brenda is in the sales department at Cayuga Radio Group working with the Cortland, Ithaca, and surrounding markets. She has served on many boards including the Cortland Chamber, Cortland Visitor’s Bureau, CRMC and Hospital Aid, CRT, School PTO and Booster Club, Downtown Cortland Music Series and the United Way for Cortland County Board. Brenda and her husband John (SUNY Cortland) live in Cortland and have two daughters, Caitlin and Nicole.
Nicole was born and raised in Cortland and graduated from Cortland High School in 2006. She played lacrosse and majored in Business Economics at Nazareth College, graduating in 2010. She still resides in Cortland and works with CFCU Community Credit Union as a Mortgage Loan Sales Associate. Nicole follows her mother’s example of community service and serves on the board of the Cortland Repertory Theater and acts as a Cortland County Chamber Ambassador. She has also served on the board for the Tompkins and Cortland Habitat for Humanity.
Brenda and Nicole are excited about leading the campaign and are busy recruiting volunteers for their team.
